Wait, there's really no subscription?
Really. You pay $19once. We send you the apps. We don’t bill you next month, next year, or in a decade. No card on file, no auto-renew, no “heads up your plan is changing” email.
Can I cancel my subscription?
There isn’t one to cancel. So — technically yes? Both? Either way you keep using the app.
Do I need a Google account?
Yes — Walkthroughstores your recordings on your own Google Drive, which is the whole point. If you already use Google Drive (most people do), you’re set. The app asks for a scoped token that only lets it read and write inside a single folder it creates.
What happens if Walkthrough disappears tomorrow?
Your videos are on your Drive, not ours. The app keeps working — it’s a regular installed program, not a hostage situation. The share-links will keep resolving while the player is up, and even if the player went away you’d still have the original files.
Is there a free trial?
No trial, but a 14-day refund. Buy it, use it, decide. If it’s not for you, email hello@walkthrough.cc and the money goes back. No survey, no “are you sure?” loop.
Does it work offline?
Recording works offline. The upload to your Google Drive happens when you’re back online. Share the link once the upload completes.
Who owns the videos?
You do. Walkthroughnever holds a copy. Delete the file from your Drive and it’s gone everywhere. We have no backup, no archive, no “just in case” bucket.
