Do I need a Google account?
Yes — Walkthroughstores your recordings on your own Google Drive. You keep everything. We don’t host any video. If you already use Google Drive, you’re set.
What happens if I cancel Google Drive?
Your recordings live in your Drive. If you downgrade or delete your Google account, the files go with it. We recommend keeping a local backup of anything you need long-term.
Is there a free trial?
No trial, but we offer a 14-day refund for any reason. Buy it, use it, and if it’s not for you, email us at hello@walkthrough.cc.
How does the refund work?
Email hello@walkthrough.cc within 14 days of purchase. We refund to your original payment method, typically within two business days. No forms, no interrogation.
Does it work offline?
Recording works offline. The upload to your Google Drive happens when you’re back online. You can share the link once the upload completes.
Who owns the videos?
You do. Walkthrough never holds a copy. The file sits in your Drive under your account. Delete it and it’s gone everywhere.
